Enrol in any Nationally Recognised course
Choose from any of our Nationally Recognised Training courses. This includes the SIS30321 - Certificate III in Fitness, SIS40221- Certificate IV in Fitness, Fast Track Personal Trainer, Complete Personal Trainer, Ultimate Fast Track Personal Trainer or any elective stream combination from the 11046NAT - Certificate IV in Nutrition. The guarantee does not apply to short courses offered by Vast Fitness Academy.

Complete the requirements
To be eligible for the 12-Week Student Satisfaction Guarantee, you must complete the full 12 weeks of your chosen course. Withdrawals made earlier than the completion of the 12-week period will not be eligible for the guarantee. You must actively participate and complete all required learning and assessments within the first 12 weeks. A detailed list is provided below for each nationally recognised course.

Is there a Catch?
No, there isn't. We believe in our course content and design, our assessor support and overall study experience. To be eligible for the Student Satisfaction Guarantee, students must complete the full 12-weeks of their chosen course. Withdrawals made earlier than the completion of the 12-week period will not be eligible for the guarantee.

Can I enrol in multiple courses?
Absolutely. The guarantee and participation requirements apply to each course individually.

How do I claim the refund?
You will be required to follow the normal withdrawal process and you must complete an exit survey with a Vast Fitness Academy representative.

Are there any exclusions?
1. You will be excluded if you miss scheduled course tuition fees or have failed payments.
2. If you complete the full course or its entry units in the 12 week timeframe you will be excluded from the promotion.
3. Statement of attainments will not be issued for work completed if you request a refund.
4. You are required to submit your withdrawal process no later than 13 weeks after enrolment date.
5. The promotion is not available on delayed start enrolments.

Additional Requirements
The student is required to:
1. Complete an initial commencement call with their Personal Assessor
2. Submit their Mentor Forms and Host Facility Forms
3. Complete 4 x additional support calls with their Personal Assessor
4. Meet their Mentor* in the Host fitness facility to complete all practical tasks and assessments that require a Mentor
*Please note: If a student does not have a suitable mentor, they are required to contact their Personal Assessor who will connect them with a Vast Certified Mentor, as part of the Fitness+ Program. The Fitness+ Program attracts additional tuition fees.
