Extenuating Circumstance
Extenuating circumstances may include cases where a student suffers from a medical ailment that presented itself after the cooling-off period (which is not pre-existing) beyond the student’s control.
In such cases, the student can apply for an extension (free of charge) for up to three (3) months.
