About the course.
This course is designed to increase your knowledge of nutrition beyond that of the Certificate in Nutrition – Level 1 course. Now that you have mastered the fundamentals, you will dive deeper into subjects including chemistry, macronutrients and micronutrients and the complexities of the digestive system. Understanding body composition and nutritional meal planning will also be covered.
Upon completing this course, you will have a greater understanding of how to recognise and select healthy foods to incorporate healthy eating choices as part of a balanced diet.
